Payment and Delivery

Purchase online with us makes easy with Bank Transfer, just follow the below steps:

1. Select the products you like to purchase and email us sales@rnvstore.com for order confirmation.
2. Deposit the correct amount into our Business Account, Maybank - 514178150717 (R&V Green Marketing)
3. Inform us that you have made the payment by email us with your address and contact number.
4. We will ship out the item to you within 2 working days.
5. Wait and received your item at your doorsteps.

We used Pos Laju, City-Link for delivery, please let us know if you wish to get other courier. Shipping charge varies by location.

We take good care of our product as our customer does. We wrap our shipment in a good condition . Wrapping bubbles, packing peanuts and wrapping paper may be used to protect the item. We don't want our customer had a bad surprise when received the item.

  

After done the packing of item, we will cover up the item by standard brown paper or put inside the carton box and seal it with tape. This is to make sure the item is put in a safety place.

   

Once everything is ready to ship, we will prepare the shipment with AWB (Air Way Bill). All of our item, even a very small piece one, will have a tracking number to let our customer knows where is their item. We will call for the courier service to come to pick up or deliver to their service counter.
